Lent.az, citing foreign media, reports that representatives of the English club have confirmed that Alonso is ready to consider offers, despite taking a break from work after leaving Real Madrid. The Spanish specialist is in no hurry to make a decision, but understands that he will be welcomed by the team.
It is reported that Liverpool is considering the Spanish specialist as a candidate for the upcoming seasons, including the 2026/27 season. The club's management intends to keep the current head coach Arne Slot until the end of this season.
Alonso is 44 years old. During his playing career, he played for Liverpool from 2004 to 2009.
