"Real Madrid" plans to announce the return of Jose Mourinho as head coach of the team after the 38th round match of the Spanish La Liga against "Athletic Bilbao".
According to Idman.Biz, citing ESPN, the official announcement about the specialist's return is scheduled for Sunday (May 24) or Monday (May 25).
"Real Madrid" President Florentino Perez is so eager to appoint Mourinho that he will not postpone this announcement until after the presidential elections he announced earlier.
It was previously reported that "Los Blancos" will pay Mourinho's current club "Benfica" 6 million euros in compensation for the early termination of his contract, and that the coach himself will have a say in transfers at the club.
Mourinho previously managed "Real Madrid" from 2010 to 2013. Under his leadership, the team won the Spanish League, the Spanish Cup, and the Spanish Super Cup.
