England's Nottingham Forest club has officially announced the appointment of Vitor Pereira as head coach.
Idman.Biz reports that the 57-year-old Portuguese specialist has a contract until the summer of 2027. This is the fourth permanent coach for the team in the 2025/26 season. The club had previously parted ways with Nuno Espirito Santo, Ange Postecoglou, and Sean Dyche.
Pereira was dismissed from Wolverhampton in November 2025. During his career, he has coached Porto, Al-Shabab, Flamengo, Corinthians, Fenerbahce, Shanghai SIPG,
Olympiacos, and other clubs. Porto became the national champion twice under his leadership. The specialist also won titles with Olympiacos and Shanghai.
After 26 rounds, Nottingham Forest is in 17th place in the English Championship with 27 points.
