The French Union of Professional Football Players (UNFP) has named Paris PSG forward Usman Dembele as the best player of the current season in Ligue 1. Sport24.az reports that French media reported this.
This is the second consecutive award for the French footballer. In the final vote, Dembele surpassed his teammates, Portuguese forwards Vitinho and Nuno Mendes, as well as Marseille winger Mason Greenwood and Lens forward Florian Thauvin.
It should be noted that Dembele has been in the starting lineup of the Paris club in only nine games this season. In 20 matches (960 minutes) he appeared in, he scored 10 goals and provided 6 assists.
