Julien Eskude, a UEFA expert on the development of elite young players, was on a working visit to Baku. Sport24.az reports that during his two-day visit, he met with AFFA Deputy Secretary General Elchin Mammadov, Technical Director Jahangir Hasanzade, and Elit-Mashg project manager Rufat Kerimli.
Julien Eskude familiarized himself with the development of youth football in Azerbaijan, and exchanged views with AFFA officials on topics such as the regional elite program, the process of identifying talented football players, the path to national teams, the coaching structure, and the general allocation of the "HatTrick" program budget.
