The Argentine defender will join the capital club as a free agent.
According to the source, a 4-year contract has been agreed between the parties. The 29-year-old central defender has accepted all the terms offered by the "Tottenham" management. In the coming days, the football player is expected to undergo a medical examination and sign an official contract.
