Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has become a co-owner of the Spanish club "Extremadura".
Idman.Biz reports that the 34-year-old goalkeeper acquired a portion of the Spanish club's shares through his "NxtPlay" investment fund.
However, club president Daniel Tafur will continue to lead the project.
It should be noted that Courtois had previously acquired shares in the French club "Le Mans". The team was promoted to Ligue 1 at the end of the season for the first time since 2010.
"Extremadura", on the other hand, finished the season at the top of the Fourth League.
