Brazilian defender Thiago Silva wrote a comment on his social media account about his return to "Porto".
Idman.Biz reports that the player has signed a short-term contract with the Portuguese club until June 2026, with the possibility of extending the contract until the summer of 2027.
"It's been over 20 years and it feels like yesterday, but I'm back in this wonderful club and the city where my European adventure began. This is a place I can call home. I can't wait to get back to work and repay all the love the club and fans have shown me! See you soon, Porto fans!" - the player wrote.
Thiago Silva also played for this club from 2004 to 2005.
