The first meeting of the new head of the UEFA Elite Training Project, Mirbaghir Isayev, with the coaches took place.
Idman.Biz reports with reference to AFFA that the meeting, which was of an introductory nature, was attended by AFFA Deputy Secretary General Elchin Mammadov and the coaching staff operating in the regions within the framework of the project.
Speaking at the meeting, Elchin Mammadov greeted the experts, officially introduced the newly appointed M. Isayev to the coaches, and wished them success in their future activities.
Mirbaghir Isayev, who spoke later, emphasized the importance of discipline and stated that the health of young football players involved in the Elite Training Project should always be kept in focus.
He also emphasized the need for more systematic and purposeful activity in identifying talented children in the regions.
During the meeting, innovations related to the project and plans for the upcoming period were discussed.
