According to the source, the 50-year-old Italian specialist's departure from the team was due, among other things, to the change of the club's owner and criticism of several expensive summer transfers that did not meet expectations. His dismissal has been virtually confirmed.
Inzaghi has been at the helm of Al-Hilal since June 2025. Under his leadership, the team has won 37 games, drawn 12 and lost two in 51 games.
It should be noted that Al-Hilal is currently in second place in the tournament table. Al-Nasr leads the tournament table with 83 points after 33 games. Both teams have one game left.
