"Qarabağ" goalkeeper Shahruddin Mahammadaliyev shared his thoughts on the team's successful start in the UEFA Champions League.

"We thank God for our victories in the Champions League. Our people fully deserve this joy. Everyone in Azerbaijan is happy about "Qarabağ's" successful start in the tournament. This is a real football "explosion" in the country! But personally, I didn't have a special desire to play in the Champions League. I'm just doing my job, just like our whole team is doing," said Shahruddin.
Mahammadaliyev also said that the team is following the performance of the Kazakh club "Kayrat" in the Champions League:
"Of course, we watch "Kayrat" in the Champions League and support them."
