New details have emerged regarding which club the new stadium to be built in Azerbaijan will be intended for.
According to information obtained by Idman.Biz, the stadium planned to be built in the Mardakan settlement is said to be intended for "Shafa" FK.
The stadium is planned to be named "Sea Breeze Arena".
It should be noted that no official statement has been made regarding this yet.
Let us remind you that the founder of the "Sea Breeze" project is well-known businessman Emin Agalarov. The resort complex located in the Nardaran settlement of Baku covers an area of more than 500 hectares. It includes dozens of projects, restaurants and public facilities, beach areas, swimming pools and extensive green areas.
According to reports, Sardar Salmanzadeh, the president of the company that will implement this project in conjunction with Sea Breeze, is a well-known figure in the football community and once played in the lower age groups of Shafa, and later wore the jersey of the club's main team. He has also headed the Shafa and Ramana clubs at various times. The new stadium is expected to have a capacity of approximately 10,000 spectators.
