Former defender of the Spanish football team "Sevilla", Sergio Ramos, has become the owner of the club.
Idman.Biz reports that, according to COPE radio, the Spanish former footballer's brother, Rene, led the entire process and the sale has been agreed upon. The deal is estimated to be worth 450 million euros (900 million AZN).
Currently, an official announcement and formal procedures with lawyers remain.
It is reported that Ramos is carrying out this process not alone, but together with an investment group.
It should be noted that 40-year-old Ramos started his professional career precisely at "Sevilla". He moved to "Real Madrid" in 2005, and in the 2023/24 season, he wore the jersey of his native club again.
