Inter Miami midfielder Sergio Busquets has decided to retire from professional football. Insider Fabrizio Romano shared this information on the social platform X, reports Sport24.az.
According to the source, the 37-year-old Spaniard will part ways with the team a few weeks after the current MLS season ends.
It should be noted that Busquets has been playing for Inter Miami since 2023. Before moving to the USA, he wore the jersey of Barcelona, where he was nurtured throughout his career. During his club career, he played 829 games in all competitions, scored 19 goals and provided 62 assists.
