The chief referee for the match between "Liverpool" and "Qarabağ" in the VIII round of the main stage of the UEFA Champions League, to be held in England, has been announced. Sport24.az reports that the match will be managed by Slovakian FIFA referee Ivan Kružliak.
His assistants will be his compatriots Branislav Hancko and Jan Pozor. The fourth referee will be Peter Kralovic.
Dutchman Pol van Boekel will be in charge of VAR, and Jan Boterberg will be in charge of AVAR.
Note that the "Liverpool" - "Qarabağ" match will take place on the night of January 28 to 29. The match will start at 00:00 Baku time.
