Benfica's head coach, Jose Mourinho, will soon become the head coach of Real Madrid. Sport24.az, citing Cope, reports that the Madrid club will announce Mourinho's appointment after the last game of the season.
Benfica's management will part ways with Mourinho after the team's last game in the Portuguese league, more precisely, on May 17th.
According to the source, Real will pay the Portuguese club 6 million euros in compensation for the coach.
It should be noted that the 63-year-old Mourinho has already been "at the helm" of Real once in his career - from 2010 to 2013. Under his leadership, the team not only became the Spanish champion, but also won the national cup and the Spanish Super Cup.
