"Indeed, the match was difficult for us. Although we were close to victory, unfortunately, it didn't work out. The goal we conceded in the last minutes disappointed us. The players fought on the field. We really fought against a tough opponent. We tried to implement our game plan. We were well aware of who we were facing. The opposing team includes players who play in top clubs. Today our team lost 2 points," Eyyubov said.
The Azerbaijan-Scotland match held at the Liv Bona Dea Arena ended in a 3:3 draw.
