The winner of the December edition of the "Goal of the Month" project in the Second League has been awarded. Ramin Maharramov, a member of the "Quba" football club, was chosen as the author of the best goal of the month.
Idman.Biz reports that the award ceremony took place before the "Quba" - "Kur-Araz" match held as part of the 16th round of the Second League. Elchin Mehtiyev, the head of the Competition Organization and Registration Department of the Professional Football League (PFL), presented the special award to the winning footballer.
