Qarabagh player Kady Borges has been suspended for two matches.
Idman.Biz reports that the decision was made by the AFFA Disciplinary Committee.
This was due to the Brazilian midfielder receiving a straight red card in the 20th round of the Misli Premier League match against Imishli. The Stallions will have to pay 1,000 manats for the player's serious violation.
Imishli's legionnaire Diogo Almeida received a one-match suspension after being sent off with a second yellow card for protesting the referee's decision. The regional representative was fined 2,500 manats. The club lost 2,500 manats due to an unauthorized person entering the field during the match break.
At the end of the match, fans of the Aghdam club used pyrotechnics. Because this was the third time this season, Qarabagh will pay 6,000 manats.
