"Qarabag" is close to completing its next transfer.
Lent.az reports, citing qol.az, that 26-year-old Gambian striker Zakaria Savou has traveled to Azerbaijan to formalize the transfer.
It is reported that the football player will undergo a medical examination in Baku and then sign a contract with the Aghdam club.
It became known in recent days that "Qarabag" was interested in the football player. It is currently noted that the transfer is in its final stage.
Zakariya Savou has attracted attention with his successful performance for the Cypriot club AEL in the last 5 months (10 goals in 22 games). Although his game has aroused the interest of a number of clubs, it is reported that he is preparing to continue his career in Azerbaijan.
He is contractually owned by "Djurgården" (Sweden). During his career, Savou also played for "BK Olympic", "Oskarshamns" (both Sweden), and "Start" (Norway) clubs.
It should be reminded that "Qarabag" announced on May 18 that it had transferred French winger Jali Muaddibi.
