The match, which will be held at the Tofig Bahramov Republican Stadium, will start at 21:45. The match will be managed by Norwegian referee Espen Eskos.
The return match between these teams will take place on the night of February 24-25, at 00:00 Baku time.
It should be noted that the winner of the "Qarabag" - "Newcastle" pair will face the winner of the "Barcelona" - "Chelsea" pair in the 1/8 finals.
