The transfer of Nigerian national team footballer Salim Fago Lawal to "Qarabag" has not taken place. According to Sport24.az, the amount offered by "Qarabag" for the 23-year-old striker did not satisfy the Croatian club "Istra", where he plays.
The Croatians demanded a payment of more than approximately 2 million euros for the African forward.
The African press wrote that the player will move to the Czech club "Viktoria". According to reports, this transfer will cost the Plzen representative 3 million euros.
It should be noted that Salim Fago Lawal made his debut in the Nigerian national team at the end of last year.
