Qara Garayev played his 350th match in Azerbaijani championships.
QOL.az reports that the 33-year-old midfielder's jubilee coincided with the 33rd round of the Misli Premier League. The "Araz-Nakhchivan" footballer started in the home game against "Sabah" (1:1).
Garayev, who debuted in the Premier League in the 2008/09 season, scored 6 goals in 350 matches. He played 305 matches (5 goals) for his first club "Qarabağ", 25 matches (1 goal) for "Neftchi", and 20 matches for "Araz-Nakhchivan".
Qara is the 13th footballer in the history of Azerbaijani championships to play 350 or more matches. He is 101 games behind Rahid Amirguliyev's record.
