French representative PSG has paid part of its debt to former striker Kylian Mbappe, who currently plays for Spanish club Real.
"Report" reports, citing L'Equipe, that the dispute between the parties has not yet been fully resolved.
The Paris representative paid 4 million of the remaining 6 million euros owed to the star footballer. In December 2025, the Paris labor court ruled that PSG should pay the player a total of 60.9 million euros (including salary, bonuses, and vacation pay).
Mbappe was paid the main part of 55 million euros and another 4 million euros after the court's intervention. Thus, the club still owes the player 2 million euros.
Although the PSG management claims that the entire amount has been paid, sources close to the process deny this. In addition, the club wants to refuse the request to publish the full text of the court decision regarding Mbappe on its official website within a month. Negotiations between the parties are ongoing, but if the debt is not fully closed, the Paris club may be sued again.
It should be noted that the 27-year-old French striker has scored 38 goals and provided 6 assists in 32 games in all tournaments for the La Liga representative this season.
