An incident that occurred during a football match in Malatya, Turkey, has gained great admiration on social media.
İdman.Biz reports that a police officer on duty at the Third League match between "Yeşilyurtspor" and "12 Bingölspor" helped a young child who was cold in the stands.
During the match played in cold weather, the police officer took off his own socks and put them on the child after noticing that the child's feet were cold.
It should be noted that although the match ended with a 0:1 defeat for the home team, this humanistic behavior in the stadium attracted more attention than the result.
The incident has once again proved that football is not just about scores and results, sometimes the most valuable moments happen off the field.
