An incident during a football match in Malatya, Turkey, has gained great appreciation on social media.
İdman.Biz reports that a police officer on duty at the Third League match between "Yeşilyurtspor" and "12 Bingölspor" helped a young child who was freezing in the stands.
During the match played in cold weather, the police officer saw that the child's feet were cold and took off his own socks and put them on the child.
It should be noted that although the match ended with a 0:1 defeat for the home team, this humane behavior at the stadium attracted more attention than the result.
The incident once again proves that football is not just about scores and results, sometimes the most valuable moments happen off the field.
