Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola commented on his career-low ball possession rate (33%) in the Premier League Round V match against Arsenal.
Sport24.az reports that the Spanish specialist attributed this to the opponent's strong game:
"I can't leave this country without setting another record. Yes, I'm proud of it. I respect Arsenal. Sometimes these things happen unplanned. If the opponent has gained an advantage, it means they played better."
Guardiola also defended the "parking the bus" tactic, saying, "There is no problem in doing this once every 10 years."
It should be noted that Manchester City is currently in 9th place in the standings with 7 points.
