Paul Pogba, who currently plays for the French football team "Monaco" after completing his 18-month doping ban, has shared details of his fierce confrontation with Jose Mourinho during his time at "Manchester United."
Idman.Biz reports that the 33-year-old midfielder said on the "Rio Ferdinand Presents" podcast that the reason for the deterioration of the relationship was the coach's interference in his personal life.
It all started when Pogba went to Miami for rehabilitation while injured. According to the football player, paparazzi took a photo of him with his wife Zulay, and Mourinho sent that photo to Pogba's agent, Mino Raiola:

"Mourinho sent the photo to Mino, claiming that I was on vacation instead of working. This made me very angry. I said to him: "Really? I am injured and I train here three times a day. Who do you think I am?" This was the first serious problem I had with my coach."

Pogba added that their relationship was very good at first, but the Portuguese specialist was irritated by the constant questions from the press about his injuries and future. The relationship reached a point where Mourinho called Pogba a "virus" within the team and stripped him of the vice-captaincy. The argument caught on camera during the training process was the final point of this "war."
