The opening ceremony of the football pitch built at secondary school No. 138 within the "FIFA Arena" project was held.
"Report" reports with reference to the AFFA website that the head of the Mass Football Department of the national association, veteran football player Farrukh Ismayilov, officials of the organization, as well as the teaching staff and students of the school, participated in the event.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the event, Farrukh Ismayilov spoke about the importance of the project and wished the participants success in the new academic year.
It should be noted that AFFA is among the first 11 countries in the world to complete the "FIFA Arena" project. Previously, the national association also built a playground on the territory of secondary school No. 247 within the framework of the project. More than 6,000 students will directly benefit from this project.
