According to reports, the new stadium will be built in Mardakan settlement.
The "Sea Breeze" area has been chosen as the specific location. The foundation of the football facility will be laid on May 20. It will be called "Sea Breeze Arena".
The founder of "Sea Breeze" is the well-known businessman Emin Agalarov.
"Sea Breeze" is a resort located in the Nardaran settlement of Baku, covering an area of 500 hectares, encompassing more than 25 projects, more than 50 restaurants, cafes and bars, 60 swimming pools, social facilities, a landscaped 6.5 km beach area and 150 hectares of green space.
