"Neftchi" has set a new record in the Azerbaijan Championship.
"Report" reports, citing the official website of the Professional Football League, that the "black and whites" achieved this by defeating "Kapaz" with a score of 5:1 in the X round of the Misli Premier League.
The Baku representative has won its first major victory in the championship this season.
This is the 32nd season in which "Neftchi" has won at least one major victory.
The capital club has failed to win by three or more goals only twice - in the 2009/2010 and 2015/2016 seasons. A team winning such victories in 32 different seasons is a new record in the Azerbaijan championships.
