The AFFA Disciplinary Committee has fined the "Neftchi" club 9700 manats.

The capital representative lost 700 manats because four of its players received yellow cards.
The home team's fans collectively voiced insulting expressions towards the opposing team and referees. Since this happened for the second time this season, the club was fined 6000 manats. In addition, "Neftchi" will pay an additional 3000 manats because the fans voiced expressions containing racial discrimination towards the opposing players.
