"Napoli" is interested in signing "Manchester United" midfielder Kobbie Mainoo. This was reported by the "Daily Mirror", according to Sport24.az.
According to the source, the Italians want to take the 20-year-old English footballer on loan in January 2026 with the option to buy him permanently later.
"Napoli" is ready to pay Mainoo approximately 40,000 euros per week. The player himself also wants to leave the English club. He wants to get more playing time in order to get into the England squad for the World Cup next year.
It should be noted that Mainoo has made one assist in 8 matches in the 2025/26 season. His current contract with the club expires in the summer of 2027. The "Transfermarkt" portal estimates his transfer value at 45 million euros.
