The Argentinian defender was injured in the La Liga match against Celta in the 35th round.
Molina has been diagnosed with a thigh muscle injury. The 28-year-old footballer will be out of action for 20 days, meaning he will miss the remaining three games of the season.
The Argentina national team member will be ready for the World Cup starting in June.
