The first meeting of Mirbaghir Isayev, the new head of UEFA's Elite Training Project, with coaches took place. Sport24.az reports with reference to the official website of AFFA that Elchin Mammadov, Deputy Secretary General of AFFA, and the coaching staff operating in the regions within the framework of the project participated in the introductory meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, Elchin Mammadov greeted the specialists, officially introduced the newly appointed Mirbaghir Isayev to the coaches and wished them success in their future activities.
Speaking later, Mirbaghir Isayev emphasized the importance of discipline and stated that the health of young football players involved in the Elite Training Project should always be kept in focus. He also emphasized the need for more systematic and purposeful activities to identify talented children in the regions.
During the meeting, innovations related to the project and plans for the upcoming period were discussed.
