Head coach Michael Carrick has extended his contract with Manchester United. Sport24.az, citing Sky Sports, reports that the contract is for two seasons with the possibility of extending it for another year.
An official announcement regarding the contract extension is expected to be made in the next 24-48 hours.
It should be noted that Carrick began serving as coach on January 13, 2026, until the end of the 2025/26 season, replacing the dismissed Ruben Amorim. Under Carrick's leadership, Manchester United qualified for the Champions League.
