Messi Receives Award from Angolan President on Independence Day

Argentina national team captain Lionel Messi was presented with a special award by Angolan President Joao Lourenco before the friendly match against Angola. Sport24.az reports that the award was a jersey of the country's football team on the occasion of Angola's 50th Independence Day.

 

The star striker also did not forget to distinguish himself in the match. Messi scored his 896th career goal, contributing to Argentina's 2-0 victory.
