The striker opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 25th minute. He then scored two more goals in the 52nd and 73rd minutes.
The French footballer surpassed former Bayern midfielder Thomas Müller (57) and rose to sixth place in the competition's all-time goalscoring list.
Mbappe is currently slightly behind former Real Madrid striker Raul, who has 71 goals in 142 matches. Mbappe has 60 goals in 89 games.
The footballer's current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2029. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is 180 million euros.
