Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri has been named Serie A's best coach for the month of September.

The decision was made by a jury composed of directors of leading sports media outlets, who evaluated the coaches based on technical and tactical criteria, the quality of their teams' performances, and their conduct on the sidelines.
Allegri will receive the award on October 19 before Milan's home game against Fiorentina. His team won three games in September: Bologna (1:0), Udinese (3:0) and Napoli (2:1).
