England's "Manchester United" club is preparing for Cristiano Ronaldo's possible return to "Old Trafford."
Idman.biz reports that the "Red Devils" are facing difficult financial problems after failing to qualify for European Cups in the 2025/26 season.
The English club has lost approximately 100 million pounds in revenue.
In order to compensate for the losses, the club plans to hold friendly matches, and one of the potential rivals may be "Al-Nassr," where Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo plays.
Ronaldo left "United" in November 2022 due to disagreements with Erik ten Hag. Cristiano has since played in the Saudi Arabian professional league and recently extended his contract with "Al-Nassr" until he is 42 years old.
Despite the separation, "United" fans still respect him for his success in the Premier League and Champions League under Sir Alex Ferguson.
According to "The Sun," the club management has abandoned a documentary project that could generate millions in revenue and has focused on exploring alternative sources of income.
Other potential rivals for friendly matches include clubs such as "Milan," "RB Leipzig," "Lazio," and "Seville."
Club co-founder Sir Jim Ratcliffe stated that work is ongoing on financial recovery and structural reforms to the team. He emphasized that the road to stability will be long, but the current coaching staff has already begun taking steps to strengthen the club both on and off the field.
