Croatian national team footballer Luka Modrić will return to his former club after ending his career.
"Report", citing Defensa Central, reports that the 40-year-old midfielder, currently playing for Italian side Milan, will become a coach at Real Madrid's academy.
Modrić has accepted the offer from the president of the Spanish club, Florentino Perez, and plans to enroll in preparatory courses.
It should be noted that Luka Modrić's contract with Milan expires in the summer of 2026. The club may extend the contract for another year.
