According to reports, the "Reds" scouting department considers the 25-year-old footballer one of the most technically gifted midfielders in Europe.
PSG may start negotiations for Vitinha if they receive an offer of 130 million euros. It is noted that in addition to "Liverpool", "Juventus" and "Arsenal" are also following the Portuguese footballer.
