Liverpool defender Giovanni Leone will be out for several months due to a serious injury

Liverpool defender Giovanni Leone has suffered a serious injury. According to Sport24.az, the 18-year-old footballer, who tore his cruciate ligaments, will be out of action for several months.

 

He was injured in his debut match (1:2) against Southampton in the third round of the English League Cup.

 

It should be noted that Giovanni Leone joined Liverpool this summer from Parma (Italy) for 35 million euros.
