"Lion" football club is determined to extend the contract with Brazilian forward Endrick, who was loaned from Real Madrid this winter.
According to Idman.Biz, citing ESPN, the club is trying to extend Endrick's loan term. Coach Paulo Fonseca demands that the management do everything possible to ensure that the striker stays in the team for a longer period.
Endrick has played three games for "Lion", scored four goals and made one assist. In his last match, he scored a hat-trick, contributing to the team's 5-2 victory. The loan agreement between the clubs is valid until June 2026, and "Lion" pays 50 percent of the player's salary.
It should be noted that "Lion" does not have a buyout option for Endrick, which means he will have to return to Real Madrid at the end of the loan period. The clubs continue to discuss the details of a possible extension of the loan term, but no final decision has been made yet.
