Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski has achieved another historic milestone.
Idman.Biz reports with reference to Opta Sport that the 37-year-old forward, after scoring his 10th goal in the La Liga season, has become the third player in the 21st century to reach double-digit goal totals in each of the top five European leagues for 15 consecutive seasons.
Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo had previously achieved this feat. Ronaldo accomplished this with Manchester United in England, Real Madrid in Spain, and Juventus in Italy. Messi achieved the same result while playing for PSG in France and Barcelona in Spain.
Lewandowski has been playing for the Catalan team since the summer of 2022. Prior to that, he also distinguished himself with his productivity at Bayer and Borussia Dortmund in Germany.
The experienced striker has played 28 games in all competitions this season, scoring 13 goals and providing three assists.
