Barcelona president Joan Laporta commented on the flooding of some areas of the Camp Nou stadium during the La Liga match against Oviedo (3:0).
Idman.Biz reports that the water particularly flooded the press sector. That was the most vulnerable area because it didn't have the necessary roofing to protect it.
"We expected that if it rained, we would get wet because the roof is not yet finished. I thought we would get wet like everyone else. The rain surprised us all. I wasn't planning on bringing an umbrella.
The stadium is still under construction. We will fix everything that needs to be repaired.
When we come here every day, we see that something new has been done. The work on the third floor, the interior decoration is also going well. Everything is going according to plan," said Joan Laporta.
