Barcelona president Joan Laporta has commented on the flooding of some areas of the Camp Nou stadium during the La Liga match against Oviedo (3:0).
Idman.Biz reports that the water particularly flooded the press sector. It was the most vulnerable area because it did not have the necessary roofing to protect it.
"We expected that if it rained, we would get wet because the roof is not yet finished. I thought we would get wet like everyone else. The rain surprised us all. I wasn't planning on bringing an umbrella.
The stadium is still under construction. We will fix everything that needs to be repaired.
When we come here every day, we see something new being done. Work on the third floor, interior decoration is also going well. Everything is going according to plan," said Joan Laporta.
