Romanian specialist Cristian Chivu will extend his contract with "Inter" until 2028, with the option to extend it for another year. Insider Nicolo Schira announced this in a post on the "X" social media platform, Sport24.az reports.
According to the source, Chivu's salary will also increase under the new agreement.
It should be noted that the Romanian coach was appointed head coach of "Inter" in June last year. He previously worked in the youth teams of "Parma" and "Inter". The team he led was eliminated from the UEFA Champions League play-off stage the other day after losing to Bodo/Glimt in two games.
