Spanish club Alaves has announced the termination of head coach Eduardo Coudet's contract by mutual agreement.
According to Idman.Biz, Kike Sanchez Flores will take over this position.
The 61-year-old coach, known for his work at Valencia, Atletico Madrid, and Getafe, has a contract until June 2028. Flores' last coaching role was at Sevilla in June 2024.
Alaves is currently 16th in the Spanish La Liga standings with 27 points after 26 games. The team has earned two points in their last five games under the leadership of Eduardo Coudet. Alaves will play their next game against Valencia on March 8.
