"Kapaz" has repeated its anti-record in the history of Azerbaijani championships. Sport24.az reports with reference to the official website of the Professional Football League that this became possible due to the loss of the Ganja representative in the first 7 matches of the Misli Premier League.
For the 7th time in the history of national championships held since 1992, a team has lost 7 times at the start. "Kapaz" is the only club to face such a situation for the second time. The western representative also finished the first 7 rounds without points last season. But the goal difference at that time (2-18) was better compared to the current one (2-20), so the most unsuccessful start of the Ganja residents falls on the current season.
Apart from "Sarı-göylər", Kurdamir "Shirvan" in 1992, Sumgayit "Khazar" in 1994/1995, "Shamkir" 1996/1997, Guba "Shahdag" 2000/2001, "Shafa" experienced such a failure in the 2004/2005 season.
It should be noted that the "Genclik" club, which stopped participating in the championship in 1992, was not included in the list because it was defeated in all matches.
